Young people might question and explore their sexuality and/or gender.  For some this can be a confusing or difficult time and may adversely affect wellbeing.

Constantly carrying these emotions and making these decisions can be exhausting, and they may find it makes everyday tasks like eating, concentrating in school, engaging in conversation or getting good sleep very difficult.  It may lead to feelings of:  distress, anxiety, isolation, anger, depression, self-harm or suicidal thoughts.
