Safeguarding Students from sexism, sexual harassment and sexual violence
Schools have a duty to be aware of and respond appropriately to all reports and concerns, including those outside the school and/or online.
At Pershore High School we have a zero-tolerance approach to sexism, sexual harassment, sexual violence and all harmful sexual behaviour. This behaviour is never acceptable and it will not be tolerated and it will not be passed off as ‘banter’, ‘just having a laugh’, ‘part of growing up’ or ‘boys being boys’.
Staff are expected to report all incidents and these will be actioned as per Pershore High School procedures as outlined below.
Please see our Safeguarding Children policy, Peer on Peer Abuse policy, Bullying policy for further information.
