Staff Cover and Student Hub Manager

For June 2025 or as soon as possible

NJC SCP 18-22 pro-rata (pay award pending)

37 hours per week, term time only + 5 days

Are you searching for a new challenge working in support of young people?  We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic team player to manage arrangements for staff cover and lead our Student Hub Team.  Leading a team of four Student Support Officers you will offer a wide range of support for our students within our Student Hub as well as managing cover for absent staff, liaising with external supply agencies and managing locally employed cover supervisors.
