The school is continually reviewing the role of mobile devices and the potentially positive impact they have on teaching and learning. As technology develops and opportunities arise, the school’s aim is to embrace the strengths of mobile devices in a way which is both safe for staff and students and that adds value to our existing provision.  We acknowledge that there are genuine reasons which may mean it is sensible for a student to bring a mobile device such as a phone to school, particularly in relation to school journeys to and from school.  However, such devices must not be used in school, and use is governed by a contract.
