Parents are asked to complete a general consent form once on each child's admission for all trips that take place during the school day.

For school trips and visits that start or end outside of normal school opening hours (8am to 6pm) or are potentially hazardous we ask parents to complete a more comprehensive form.

Forms should be returned to the student hub before departure.

Please use this consent form to provide general consent for school trips that take place during the school day.  We will hold this on file for all future trips to save parents from completing a form for every trip.
