• Duke of Edinburgh - Practice Walks

  On Thursday 10th and Friday 11th April, those taking part in the Duke of Edinburgh award scheme will be undertaking their practice walks. Make sure you have your good, comfortable, walking boots for a full day of walking and your food ready for cooking your evening meal. A full list of equipment has been emailed to parents.

  All you need is gloves!

  Students and staff are getting their cold weather gear at the ready as the annual Easter ski trip approaches. Students can look forward to slopes, scenery, ice skating and games that will take their breath away in Obertauern, Austria.

• Sixth Form Spring Term Trips

  Year 12 Geographers will be heading off to Dorset at the end of the month. Let's hope igneous is bliss and it's sedimentary, my dear Watson!

   

  Next month, Year 13 are off to Paris for a long weekend. I'm sure they will have a Louvre-ry and Seine-sational time and wont baguette this experience.

• We Will Rock You - Rockin' the room!

  Last week, the school production of We Will Rock, featuring music by Queen, took place with great success. The rock star cast showed us who was Killer Queen and didn't feel Under Pressure giving an amazing performance and felt that These Are The Days of their lives when they sang and danced their way Headlong into the show.
